Tis the season for pumpkin bread so I thought I would share my recipe which happens to be one of the best pumpkin bread recipes I have ever tried….and I’ve tried a lot of them 🙂 Enjoy!

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp cloves
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Sift together dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients and combine with the dry mixture. Pour batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
