I just saw this dress on etsy and I just LOVE it!  What a great idea for a dress!  If I could sew I would make one myself!  Maybe I’ll have to learn how to sew :)

    I only wish I could make that dress Tabitha!! The one I made Lily looks like a potato sack compared to that LOL
